EPC
The building got renovated with an all insulated roof, facade and new windows. Because of this , almost all appartements get an EPC A .
This is a big point of interest for banks, since they know that when this EPC is not as good, there will be a big comunal cost for insulating up to the standards that all buildings need by 2030.

Facade + common parts renovation
The front and rear of the building got a new warm look with the newest form of 3D crepi that looks exactly like stones.
Also the entire hallway, lift and garage building got a big facelift, to make the building feel like new.

Make it your own
Since it is so expensive to buy a house or appartement in 2025, we decided not to renovate the interiors of the appartements. This gives us the opportunity to be able to sell at a much lower price point.
CONCLUSION
Together with the good EPC and already completely renewed common areas of the building, it gives the opportunity for buyers to buy the appartements for the lower price, and make little changes to the appartements interiors wich makes for a complete package wich makes for a lot of added value.
This way the banks are happy, the buyer can buy cheaper and can make the appartement to his own liking with little tweaks wich will result in a complete package that will bring added vallue to the buyer.
